Tia's Tips: I hope you are enjoying your papercraft journey! It's so important that you enjoy what you are doing and don't compare yourself to anyone else, but yourself! Recently while crafting I discovered half way thru my card that I just didn't really like what was coming together. I had confidence in myself to realize that I could think of something "better" and gave myself permission to scrap-it and start in a new direction. In the end, I was so much happier with the final card and glad I made the move to start over. I always want to please myself and push myself to create what I know I can, and you can too!

For many of you Summer is in full swing and I hope like me you are enjoying it! Which is why I am so in love with all of the great Summer digital images over in the Paper Shelter store right now!
I selected "Have Fun In The Sun", because I loved that she was enjoying a bit of a summer treat and the great tropical pieces in her hair! I knew I wanted to add some tropical flowers and papers to my card!
I made the digi rather large and ended up with a 5x7 sized card base.
While looking for paper flowers in my stash I discovered this awesome popsicle ribbon! To help it stand out, I placed it upon the white scalloped border.
I chose an orange border to draw attention to the orange-creamsicle in her hand (yes, orange is my favorite!)
