Spring Is Here

Tia's Tips: As we step closer to Spring, I find myself cleaning my studio and decluttering my supplies. It's a wonderful time to refamiliarize myself with all that I have, and in some cases do not have. Now that I have a local craft store to once again shop at, it's also the perfect time to craft a list of any and all wants and needs. So when the full days of Summer arrive, I will once again be sitting pretty-and prepared.

Come Join Our Challenge:

Up for grabs at The Paper Shelter  is our usual fantastic prize! Our winner will win a $30 store gift certificate- if you've used a Paper Shelter product on your entry (such as the pre-colored image, the black and white digi, or the digital paper that comes in the set). Or win 3 digis of your choice, if you've used images from another brand. This is a win-win! Plus, you can enter the challenge up to 3 times, provided you've used a Paper Shelter product on at least one of them. Good Luck!!!

My Card Details:

I'm so very excited that there is a small business scrapbook store located in the new city I moved to. This past weekend I enjoyed browsing the many aisles and even more filling-up my basket goodies!

Thankfully, as I have been unpacking and setting up my studio, I have also been keeping track of some much needed items (glue/cardstock/ a new gem-tool!) But I also tend to plan ahead on upcoming seasons/holidays and birthdays.

Thankfully Spring & Summer are not as busy birthday wise for me as Winter seems to be! LOL!

I knew I needed to re-stock my stash of floral embellishments and was on the lookout for Spring papers. And did I hit the jackpot with Graphic 45's newest release "Grow With Love". This selection of spring florals is GORGEOUS!

Jam packed with roses, daffodils, tulips, geraniums and my favorite! Hydrangeas!!! It is such a gorgeous pack, I even found myself picking up coordinated packages of ephemera and chipboard tags & frames.

Together they made the perfect accompaniment to this adorable image from The Paper Shelter store: A Green Thumb.

She is seriously the perfect image to celebrate the 'gardeners' in your life!

My card is top folding A6 card (4.5x6.25 in.) The floral backdrop is one of the design paper sheets from Graphic45 in the 'Grow with Love' paper pad.

I created the front folding fence with a picket gate die from Poppy Stamps. The sentiment is from the Ephemera Assortment for Grow with Love.
