Tia's TRIOS: I'm creating three different cards from one Zany Funny Bone Sentiment created by Riley (the Moose) & Company Let creativity fly!!!
Funny Bone-Spice Girl
How hilarious is this sentiment?!? For all you Pumpkin Spice lovers! I hope you enjoy this TRIO.
CARD #1-Slim Line
There are several great images of Riley celebrating Fall and all things Pumpkin.
I took two of the stamps (Pumpkin Patch and Popping Pumpkin Riley) and added them to the die-cut film strip.
I chose music design paper for the center and stamped/embossed the sentiment there in orange.
Lastly I took Dress Up Riley and put him in the Dress Up Riley-Halloween set pumpkin outfit!
CARD #2 - Shaker Card
This shaker was so fun! I couldn't cover up Burt & Bats, so I attached my focal image to the front of the acetate.
Inside, I used the Change Out Jacks Cut-Up dies for pumpkins with and without faces. And added a few sequin stars and orange dots. Always good to glue a few down so everything doesn't just settle on the bottom of the card.
I stamped and split apart the sentiment, framed and adhered it to the corners.
CARD #3-Gate Fold with Belly Band
I haven't done a gate fold card in awhile, but it felt like this Spice Girl Rockstar needed to have curtains! I stamped and inked Microphone Riley. I masked the image and brushed Spiced Marmalade Distress Ink over my panel. I took a piece of holographic paper of the same size and lined up my star-die to create a window opening. Once cut, I adhered to the stamped panel and removed the mask. Any areas that weren't covered with distress ink, I covered with a COPIC marker in the similar shade (YR15).
I added from the Dress Up Riley-Halloween set , the Jack-O 'lantern bucket and trimmed it to fit Riley. I added silver stickles to the microphone-because yes-MORE GLITTER!
On a black piece of card stock the same size as gate-door, I hand drew an outline for one curtain shape. Once I was satisfied, I copied it and cut out both. I cut the gate fold doors by half their length and adhered the "curtains" onto the gate doors.
The belly band is design paper cut and wrapped around.
